Panel PC Zone 2/Div. 2/Safe Area

VisuNet GMP PC panel PCs are designed for use in controlled industries such as pharmaceutical or food and beverage. The panel PC's mechanical components are enclosure rated IP 65 and follow the rules of GMP "Good Manufacturing Practice". The panel PCs can be operated in Zone 2 / Class I, Div. 2 hazardous areas.

The panel PC features a Celeron-M 1.0 GHz processor and 1 GB RAM. Alternatively, a dual-core version 2x1.5 GHz can be provided. For central storage a Hard Disc (HD) 60 GB or a Solid State Disc (SSD) 16 GB are available

The 19" industrial display offers a resolution of 1280x1024 dpi. The polyester membrane industrial keyboard with 105 keys is antibacterial and resists the cleaning agents typically used in these industries. The keyboard comes in an IP65 stainless steel housing and is available in several languages.

For cursor movement there are several options:

• Mechanical trackball
• Optical trackball
• Touchpad

VisuNet GMP PC panel PC can be installed as follows:

• Floor mounted on long or short pedestal, rotating or fixed
• Wall mounted on bracket or rotating support arm

VisuNet IND in a Panel PC that is both rugged and sleek. It is a Class I, Div.2  solution made to meet the toughest processing conditions. The design of this VisuNet IND housing makes it very adaptable, so operator workstations throughout the plant can have the same look and feel, yet function differently.
